By submitting an online booking with Ceramiq, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Booking Request: Your online booking is a request only and is subject to confirmation by the Ceramiq team.
Pricing: Prices displayed online are estimated based on the information provided at the time of booking. Following a vehicle inspection, your Ceramiq Specialist may recommend a different service or additional treatments depending on your vehicle's size, condition, contamination, damage, or specific requirements. Any changes to the recommended service or final price will always be discussed with you and approved before work begins.
Booking Changes: While we make every effort to honour your selected date and time, Ceramiq reserves the right to reschedule or adjust bookings due to operational requirements, specialist availability, weather conditions, equipment maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible should any changes be required.
Service Duration: Estimated service times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on your vehicle's condition and any additional work requested or required.
Vehicle Inspection: All vehicles undergo a visual inspection upon arrival. Existing damage, defects, or concerns may be noted before work commences.
Personal Belongings: Please remove all valuables and personal belongings from your vehicle prior to your appointment. Ceramiq cannot accept responsibility for the loss of or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals: Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late arrivals may result in your booking being shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled if it affects other scheduled appointments.
